W lipcu, niemieckie władze wprowadziły waloryzację świadczeń socjalnych. Zmianom uległo także świadczenie na dzieci, czyli Kindergeld. Jest to w zasadzie odpowiednik polskiego programu 500+. Biorąc jednak pod uwagę wyższe kwoty przyznawane z niemieckiego programu, wiele osób przebywających za zachodnią granicą ubiega się o przyznanie tego świadczenia. Postanowiliśmy sprawdzić najważniejsze zmiany w ramach przyznawania Kindergeld.
Podwyżka Kindergeld czyli świadczenia na dziecko
Najważniejszą informacją jest podwyżka świadczenia, która daje możliwość otrzymywania nieco większej kwoty na pierwsze oraz na drugie dziecko. Aktualnie, jest to kwota 204 Euro. A zatem, rodzice dwójki dzieci otrzymają w sumie 408 Euro. Wysokość Kindergeld w przeliczeniu na złotówki wynosi zatem ok. 860 złotych.
Warto także zauważyć, że większe kwoty można otrzymać za kolejne dzieci. Świadczenie Kindergeld przyznaje nam 210 Euro za trzecie oraz 235 Euro za czwarte dziecko. Wówczas, różnice w zestawieniu z 500+ stają się bardzo wyraźne. Rodzina z tróją dzieci otrzyma w Polsce 1500 złotych. Z kolei w Niemczech, kwota ta wyniesie ok. 2600 złotych.
Czy można pobierać zarówno 500+ jak również Kindergeld?
W ostatnich tygodniach nastąpił przełom. Polski obywatel przegrał walkę z niemieckim sądem, który orzekł, że programy mogą być łączone, ale pod pewnymi warunkami. Jeśli otrzymujemy już 500+, w ramach Kindergeld otrzymamy jedynie wyrównanie do kwoty wyznaczanej przez próg niemieckiego świadczenia. Osoby, które w ostatnich latach czerpały korzyści z obu programów w pełnym wymiarze finansowym, będą niestety zmuszone oddać nadwyżkę środków.
W jaki sposób rozliczane jest świadczenie?
Jeśli nie korzystamy z żadnego świadczenia, warto od razu udać się do Niemieckiego Urzędu Rodzinnego i złożyć wniosek o Kindergeld, które będzie przyznawane w pełnym wymiarze finansowym. Jeśli jesteśmy już beneficjentami programu 500+, także możemy złożyć wniosek o przyznanie Kindergeld, ale łączna kwota przyznana z obu programów będzie taka sama jak w pierwszym wariancie.
A zatem, załóżmy, że rodzina z dwójką dzieci dostaje w Polsce 1000 złotych w ramach programu 500+. Jeśli dołączą do Kindergeld, będą oni otrzymywali dodatek wyrównujący, tak, aby świadczenie było równie normom niemieckim. 408 Euro to około 1700 złotych. A zatem, w ramach łączonych programów otrzymamy w Niemczech dodatkowe 700 złotych.
