Przedsiębiorco, 30 września mija termin składania wniosku o zwrot podatku VAT z krajów UE za rok 2018.
Polscy przewoźnicy drogowi w przewozach międzynarodowych mają już nie wiele czasu na złożenie wniosku o zwrot podatku VAT z krajów UE za rok 2018. Ostateczny termin na złożenie kompletnego wniosku upływa 30 września tego roku. Złożone po tym terminie wnioski VAT-REF zostaną odrzucone, a odzyskanie podatku VAT z krajów członkowski UE przepadnie.
Każdy przedsiębiorca wie jaki wpływ na rentowność jego firmy mają wpływ rosnące ceny paliw, opłat drogowych oraz usług związanych z utrzymaniem floty transportowej. Zapłacony podatek VAT w cenie nabywanego paliwa, opłat drogowych w krach UE nie podlega odliczeniu od podatku należnego w krajowej deklaracji VAT-7. Przy spełnieniu podstawowych warunków określonych w Dyrektywie Rady 2008/9/WE z dnia 12 lutego 2008 r. określającej szczegółowe zasady zwrotu podatku od wartości dodanej, przewidzianego w dyrektywie 2006/112/WE, podatnikom niemającym siedziby w państwie członkowskim zwrotu, lecz mającym siedzibę w innym państwie członkowskim, przysługuje prawo do wystąpienia z wnioskiem o zwrot podatku VAT (podatku od wartości dodanej) z innego kraju członkowskiego UE.
Wydatki uprawniające do skorzystania z procedury VAT-REF to m.in:
- zakup paliwa,
- wynajem środków transportu,
- inne wydatki związane ze środkami transportu ,
- opłaty drogowe i inne opłaty dla użytkowników dróg,
